HIGHLIGHTS
The Pathway to Excellence: How to Lead and Assess Organizational Transformation
November 14th & 15th
Learn how to improve the ability to ‘see’ and assess a pathway to excellence in a real-world setting.
Enrollment is limited to 25 people - reserve your spot now!
How effective is your organization’s approach to enterprise excellence; is it as good as they think? How well can you “see,” evaluate, and assess continuous improvement efforts and opportunities in your organization? How well does your senior leadership see it? What does world-class operational excellence look like, and what next steps will accelerate your organization on this pathway to excellence? It takes experience and practice to understand the depth and breadth of highly effective improvement practices and to learn to see what is happening beneath the surface.
This 2-day in-person workshop will improve transformational change leaders’ capabilities to assess enterprise excellence more effectively. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of what highly effective improvement practices look like and augment their skills to more effectively assess and communicate the actual reality of their organization’s level of operational excellence and improvement maturity.
This event is hosted by the San Francisco Bay Area Consortium, but is open to all.

Virtual Event from AME - Delivering on Your Commitment to Excellence
Tuesday, September 12th, 9:00am
An organization can only achieve true excellence when all its diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural groups experience the same great results from its offerings.
CultureBrokers calls this “equity.” Let's be honest, most of our systems were not designed with this explicit goal in mind. We must transform them. In this session, we'll explore what it takes to deliver excellence to all segments of your customers and workforce, especially those that are typically overlooked, marginalized, and under-resourced. Using the Baldrige Framework, we will “circle the puck” by examining some specific applications within leadership, strategy, measurement and knowledge management, operations, and results from the perspective of culturally diverse customers and workforce.
NEW TO THE CONSORTIA?
We are excited to have you as part of the AME San Francisco Bay Area Consortium and look forward to the opportunity to share, learn and grow with your organization.
